Don’t Let Life Obstacles Get You Down: Live Life Without Limits

Throughout life we all go through various situations that sometimes leave us feeling drained and hopeless. One of the most basic rules for living a life without limits is to remove the word “realistic” for our vocabulary. Freeing ourselves from creating limited beliefs is vital to eliminate limits for our life.

Many times, we create these beliefs as a coping mechanism to avoid what we sometimes assume failure guaranteed and disappointment. If we ever want to live out our predestined greatness we have to realize that limits aren’t real, but created in our minds. Here are three methods to live a life without limitations.

1. Positive Thinking Will Change Your Life – Positive thinking is not just changing the thoughts in our head, but actually making a lifestyle change. Our thoughts are not enough we have to remove or at least lessen our exposure to negative images and people. Both can be detrimental to our overall success. Therefore, we should watch our “mental diet” what we consume through media, TV, and friends/family.

2. Truth About Reaching Your Goals/Dreams – A false reality that many of us create in our mind about our goals and dreams is that they’re esoteric or only “special humans” can ever reach. This is simply not the case causing some of us to give up before we even attempt or go after what we desire. The truth is greatness truly does exist in all of us the difference is if you tap into your greatness or settle for mediocrity.

3. Reexamine the Quality of Your Thoughts – A wise man once told me “if you change the quality of your thinking, you change the quality of your life.” Which simply means our thoughts become things once we speak them into existence.

Final Thoughts

Changing our mindset is the first step towards accomplishing whatever we set out to do. Majority of people know that going after your dreams can be overwhelming. The blatant truth is most people who have a goal that they set for themselves will never achieve it. According to many research studies, 92% – 95% of our goals/dreams never come true. With so high stats it must be a missing ingredient that a lot of us don’t have. After some research, I found an overwhelming majority of people who have reach their dreams all agree on one thing that made the difference in their success “when my mindset changed everything changed”.

So true Jay…I have been struggling with these images of greatness that come from my passion for helping entrepreneurs and it has taken me a great deal of soul searching to accept that maybe this dream is closer than I think. I believe that until we can steer our thinking in the right direction, we must fight daily to find that true north and never stop working to get there. Thanks for the inspiration. Sometimes one can feel very alone in this journey.
